CIC Operational Bulletins: Instructions on Changes to Skilled Worker, Canadian Experience Class, Investor Class Applications
These operational bulletins have more details about the changes to skilled worker and Canadian Experience class applications that took effect on June 26, 2010, and the administrative pause on investor class applications.

New Limits for Skilled Worker Applications
As of June 26, 2010, to be eligible to apply as a skilled worker, you must either have a job offer, or you must have experience in one of 29 "in-demand occupations." CIC also will limit the number of skilled worker applications considered per year.
