OCASI represents sector and newcomer interests by making deputations, presenting positions and commenting/analyzing yearly budgets from all three levels of government.
Funding and Infrastructure Support
The continued success of immigrant service agencies in meeting the needs of the immigrant communities requires adequate, ongoing operational or project funding from government.
Service Standards and Delivery
OCASI works with the sector to consult with, discuss and build consensus around service delivery issues, frameworks for performance measurement and the practice and knowledge base of settlement service provision.
